However, room cleaning left something to be desired. even with the card displayed, towels sometimes went unrefreshed, so I had to request them. The room size felt cramped with luggage, and I noticed some dirt under the bed that hadn't been cleaned in a while. For a family group, it worked, but larger bags might be a hassle. A variety of hot drinks were available for free, which was a lovely touch.

Language barriers with staff may leave some feeling dismissed, especially when requesting assistance. The reception experience lacked that welcoming Japanese service touch that one might expect.

The convenient location near Sapporo station made our travels to Otaru super easy. However, the breakfast could use more food if you arrive late, as it seemed like many items were gone before the end time.

The location was superb, just a short walk from the station and bus stops. Loved the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby, especially the latte. Borrowing umbrellas for free was a nice perk, too.

I stayed in a Large Twin Room for 5 nights, and it was super comfy! The layout was great with toilets, bath area, and sink all separate. The bed was heavenly and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Plus, the welcome wine in the lobby was a nice touch, and hot drinks were available 24/7. The room size felt generous too, which was a pleasant surprise. Not a single complaint about my stay!

I had an amazing 8-night stay! The shower and bath were fantastic, providing the best relaxation after long days. Also, the Eco-room service was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. Just a small note, the sink area lighting could be better for makeup. I'd definitely come back!
